You can achieve a safe and nurturing yoga practice at any stage of pregnancy. You do not need to have any previous yoga experience to start.
Pregnancy yoga focuses on preparing the body for birth. There are focused breathing techniques, specific pelvic floor exercises, safe postures and empowering meditations.
Appropriate pregnancy poses enable you to move with grace, elegance and comfort throughout your pregnancy. A nourishing practice can balance stability with mobility.
Small nurturing classes offered, and one to one sessions in your home or mine.
A pregnancy & health questionnaire must be completed before you start and any concerns discussed with your GP/midwife and myself.
